Inframart Vendor Guidelines & Verification Process
At Inframart, we maintain high standards for equipment quality and documentation. Every listing undergoes a rigorous verification process based on the points below. Succesful verification earns your equipment the "Inframart Trusted" badge, boosting customer trustand significantly increasing your chances of securing high-value contracts.
Registration Guidelines :
Vendor Identity : In the 'Name of the vendor' field, provide your registered firm's name. If you do not have a registered firm, please provide the registered name of the Equipment Owner.
Visual Documentation : Upload clear, high-resolution photographs of the equipment. The Registration Number plate must be clearly visible in the images.
Accurate Categorization : Select the correct 'Equipment Category' from the drop-down menu. If your specific machine is not listed, please select 'Other Equipment'.
OEM Specifications : It is mandatory to mention the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) name and the specific Model Number in the 'Make and Model' column.
Manufacturing Details : Clearly state the 'Year of Manufacturing' (YOM) as per the equipment documents.
Capacity Identification : Specify the machine capacity (e.g, Weight in Tons, Boom Length, cubic meter capacity etc)
Competitive Pricing : Enter your 'Monthly Rental' based on current market trends to ensure your listing remains competitive for potential clients.
Shift Selection : Specify whether the quoted rent is for a 'Single Shift' or 'Double Shift' operation.
Fuel Efficiency : Provide accurate fuel consumption data. Use Km/Ltr for kilometer-reading machines and Hr/Ltr for hour-reading machinery.
Mobilization/Shifting Expenses : State the estimated 'Shifting Expense' (Lumpsum or Per Km) required to move the machine from its current location to a client site (e.g., ₹45 per km).
Operator Credentials : Mention the Operator's total years of experience. Select the appropriate 'License Type' or click 'N' if the equipment does not require a specialized license.
Current Location : Provide the exact current physical location of the equipment.
Compliance & Safety : Select the correct validity dates for Insurance, Fitness, Tax, and TPI (Third Party Inspection).
TPI Certification : Clearly mention the name of the TPI Agency that issued the safety certificate.
Additional Remarks : Use the 'Remarks' column to provide any specific technical details, recent overhauls, or unique features of your machinery.
